Welcome, I'm Vanessa.
I’m a patient, deeply present coach who leads with empathy, listens closely and makes it easier to be honest about what you really need.
I work with leadership professionals who are trusted, capable and used to carrying a lot. You lead, you deliver and people rely on you. And at some point, the decisions get bigger, the visibility gets higher, and the internal back-and-forth starts to feel heavier than it should.
I know that world because I lived in it. I spent over 15 years in Human Resources and executive leadership, most recently as a Chief Operations Officer. I’ve supported leaders and teams through growth, change, and new seasons of responsibility. That experience shaped how I coach today: practical, grounded, and built for real life.
My work is for people who want to move forward with more clarity and less second-guessing. Together, we focus on helping you:
